Platform terms of use for anyone accessing QubixLabs products, including MetaFlowKit.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the QubixLabs website, MetaFlowKit platform, or any related products and services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Code of Conduct. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
MetaFlowKit is a document-intelligence and agentic AI runtime designed to read, validate and route business documents - such as invoices and purchase orders - and to deliver structured results into enterprise ERP systems including Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. The Platform is intended for legitimate business and enterprise automation use.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data or documents you submit to the Platform, for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you, and for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and with your own organization's internal policies, including any regulatory obligations tied to the documents or ERP data you process.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its infrastructure or another user's data; reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Platform; use the Platform to process documents you do not have the legal right to process; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
6. Data and Content Responsibilities
You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit to the Platform. QubixLabs processes that data solely to provide the document-intelligence, validation and ERP-integration functionality of MetaFlowKit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit any data containing personal, confidential or regulated information.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including MetaFlowKit's software, models, pivot-element architecture, documentation, design and branding, is the property of QubixLabs and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform. Feedback you provide may be used by QubixLabs to improve its products without obligation to you.
8. Platform Availability
QubixLabs aims to keep the Platform available and performant but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party dependencies (including the ERP systems the Platform connects to) and factors outside QubixLabs' reasonable control may affect availability from time to time.
9. Security Expectations
QubixLabs applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Platform and the data it processes, including audit logging of extraction, validation and decisioning outcomes. You agree to promptly report any suspected security vulnerability or unauthorized access through the Contact page rather than attempting to investigate or exploit it yourself.
10. Privacy Reference
Details on how QubixLabs handles personal and business data are governed separately by its privacy practices. If you have a specific data-handling, retention or compliance question that is not addressed here, please reach out through the Contact page - we would rather answer directly than have you guess.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, QubixLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to the Terms
QubixLabs may update these Terms & Code of Conduct from time to time as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Code of Conduct
Everyone accessing the QubixLabs Platform - whether evaluating, integrating or operating it day to day - is expected to:
- 01Treat QubixLabs team members, partners and fellow users professionally and respectfully in all interactions related to the Platform.
- 02Use the Platform only for its intended purpose - legitimate document intelligence, ERP automation and related enterprise workflows.
- 03Do not attempt to probe, stress-test or circumvent the Platform's security, validation or access controls without prior written permission from QubixLabs.
- 04Do not submit documents or data that are unlawful, fraudulent, or that you do not have the right to process.
- 05Report suspected vulnerabilities, misuse or data-handling concerns promptly through the Contact page rather than escalating them independently.
