MetaFlowKit uses worst-wins validation: if any single check on a document - OCR confidence, a business rule, a reference-data lookup - falls below the required threshold, the document is routed for human review instead of being posted automatically. Yes. Every extraction, validation result and routing decision is recorded with its confidence score and reasoning, so the pipeline is audit-grade by default rather than something audit logging is added to later.
